Josh Howard Joins ErMC2

ErMC2 is pleased to announce the addition of Josh Howard and has named him Senior Environmental Scientist.  Highly experienced in the geomorphology of streams, Mr. Howard possesses an understanding of describing riffle and pool relationships, providing bankfull and valley-type morphology, documenting discharge and flood frequency data, and describing stream morphology. Mr. Howard has significant expertise in extrapolation and prediction of hydrologic characteristics such as providing hydraulic geometry relationships, describing basin character and discharge relationships, and providing stream channel morphology as a prediction. Finally, Mr. Howard possesses significant experience in prediction of sedimentation from hydrologic characteristics such as describing the role of sediment aggradation/degradational processes, providing sediment rating curves, describing bedload to suspended load relationships, describing stream power, sheer stress, and transport relationships, providing analysis prediction of sedimentation, and preparing and submitting construction plans and natural design methodology for stream restoration projects.

Mr. Howard will oversee all projects related to stream restoration, construction, permitting, and design.  Responsible for extrapolation and prediction of hydrologic characteristics, the prediction of sedimentation, and projects related to the geomorphology of streams.  Mr. Howard will works closely with the Army Corps of Engineers and the Kentucky Division of Water as a coalition builder for stream restoration and mitigation related projects.
