Shaun Manns joins ErMC2

Mr. Manns's primary role is as a Permit Technician. Mr. Manns is proficient with all aspects of permit applications as far as preparing them for submission to the DSMRE. From working on MRP/ERI maps with AutoCad to working on the actual MPA’s themselves, Mr. Manns brings an array of talent to ErMC2.
