Kevin Bailey, a 2003 graduate of University of Virginia, has joined the staff of Environmental Risk as Environmental Scientist.  Mr. Bailey will serve as a 404 permitting expert in addition to sampling of air, water, and soil.  Mr. Bailey possesses experience with the operation and maintenance of the following remediation systems:  air-sparge/soil vapor extraction, dual-phase extraction, groundwater recovery, programmable automated skimmer, and bioremediation.  In the past, Mr. Bailey has particpated in Underground Storage Tank removal oversight, investigating, and reporting in agreement with Virginia and Maryland regulations as well as preparated for Corrective Action Plans, Site Characterizations, and Underground Storage Tank removal in accordance with state guidelines including, but not limited to, investigation and research.  Finally, Mr. Bailey is familiar with anaerobic degradation bioremediation monitoring and implementation.
