Coordinates all construction projects and specializes in underground and surface mining activities including ventilation, roof and ground control activities, reforestation, wetlands, and post mining reclamation analysis.  Possesses over 20 years of experience in coal and non-coal mining permits in areas such as sediment basin design, refuse storage facilities, diversion ditches, haul roads, pillar designs, subsidence analysis, spoil storage areas, and production studies. Dawson oversees all surveillance and reclamation liability reports. Performs Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments, field exploration, mineral and reserve study analysis, pond certifications, and pre-blast surveys.
