Rob Gabbert
Gabbert coordinates all aspects of the permitting process, and his specialty is in surface mining activities, including pit design, geologic modeling, and post mining reclamation analysis. Gabbert is also experienced in coal and non-coal mining permits in areas such as sediment basin design, refuse storage facilities, diversion ditches, haul roads, spoil storage areas, and production studies. Other experiences include field exploration, reclamation, GIS mapping, reserve studies, pre-blast surveys, AOC fill minimizations, regrades, stability analysis, and mine seal construction. Mr. Gabbert uses software including AutoCAD, SurvCADD, SEDCAD, and REAME in the production of maps, data, and documents required for the completion of mining permit applications. Other tasks include research of existing permit information, duplication of documents and drawings, and retrieval/delivery of materials including permit applications and signatures.
