Danny Hall is the Project Manager at Environmental Risk. Hall performs coal mine reclamation surveillance and coordinates construction projects. Hall performs Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments and Audits and acts as a liaison between clients and regulatory authorities, providing due diligence consulting services. In addition Hall provides permitting services and support functions including background environmental data collection, engineering design, and marketing proposal development. Parallel to these services, Hall also manages market analysis and reporting and makes market projections. Hall’s specialty is in underground and surface mining activities including ventilation, roof and ground control activities, wetlands, and post mining reclamation analysis, but he is also experienced in coal and non-coal mining permits in areas such as sediment basin design, refuse storage facilities, diversion ditches, haul roads, pillar designs, spoil storage areas, and production studies.
