Extensive administrative experience ranging from business management to advising and supervising a multi-disciplined staff.  Over 20 years of experience working with state and federal regulatory authorities in providing legislative guidance for Kentucky natural resources.  Areas of expertise include surface and underground mine planning and design; environmental permit coordination; regulatory and public policy analysis; acquisition and divesture services; hazard and risk analysis; reclamation liability assessments; compliance audits; geotechnical investigations; property evaluations; reserve modeling; and operational/environmental troubleshooting.  Experienced in providing litigation support and expert testimony, arbitration support services, case development, and preparation of courtroom exhibits.
